Theresa has been in winter hibernation and now wants to start to get out, like a new flower bud waiting to blossom!
As we now move to the “rule of six” with meeting outside it is time to reconvene our Oasis outings. Theresa has though long and hard about possible venues and she has decided the first event will at Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, (Filby Road, Thrigby, Great Yarmouth. Norfolk NR29 3DR) on Friday 23rd April 2021.
So if you want If to talk to the animals, learn their languages, maybe take an animal degree.
You’d study elephant and eagle, buffalo and beagle, alligator, guinea pig, and flea…
It is open from 10am to 3.15pm and the cost of admission for adults is £14.50 for a time. If you are joining us that please book 11.00 to 11.30am tickets where possible possible. Tickets must be booked on line (click in this link or go to the website). If more that 6 people want to talk to the animals then a second group will have to form. The plan is to meet at the Cockatoo Café (where else) at 11.30am.
Since the enjoyment of this day is weather dependant we advice if you are thinking of going, to book your ticket no earlier than Tuesday 20th April. Theresa will check the weather forecast on Monday 19th April and make a decision if the event is likely to go ahead. She will inform you by email either way.
