This survey is to help us understand how inclusive we are for our LGBTQ+ visitors & patients, and what we can do to improve on this.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe when being treated at our hospital. It is important we hear from EVERYONE visiting our hospital, even if you do not identify as LGBTQ+.
Your feedback is important to ensure we have adequate training for all our staff, whilst making sure the facilities and services we offer are inclusive for everyone.
