Oasis Newsletter – Springtime for Oasis

Spring has arrived, hurrah! Here on the rolling Oasis Estate our team of gardeners have been hard at work, mowing the extensive lawns and planting the beds for summer; it’s delightful, our very own homage to the Chelsea flower show. You should see it, the croquet lawn is perfect, the tennis court immaculate and the pool is at its usual 28 deg C. We look forward to opening up to the public very soon, naturally with a small discount available for Oasis members.
There is lots to get through in this spring addition of The Oasis Times; here goes ……

I was recently reminded by Robin (who features) of the 2018 film produced by Nicole O’Reilly for MAP dedicated to Barbara Ross, that shows young Transgender people from The Evolve Group. The film is a fascinating and moving insight into the lives of these young folk as they find their way in this complex world. You can view the film below or on the Vimeo site.

And finally ……. Many of you who have regularly attended King’s Lynn Pride will have met Viki who owned The Russet House Bed & Breakfast. She was always very kind and helpful to Oasis. Well Viki’s outlook has changed dramatically, as she has retired to Neos Marmaras in Greece! How fab! Viki would love to stay in touch with Oasis members, and offers us guided tours in a very rugged and beautiful part of coastal Greece. She is situated approximately 90 minutes from Thessaloniki airport and offers a meet and greet service available. Viki can be contacted on viki@rhlynn.co.uk; 07442 500610 or +30 304 9677242 Good luck in your new life Viki.

That’s it from us for now; we hope you will share a busy and exciting Spring and Summer with Casa Oasis, it’s going to be sun, sea, sand and sangria (alcohol free of course) all the way.
