Owlasis October 2025 – Olwzatt?

🦉 On Saturday 18th October 2025 at 7:00 pm, Oasis was a mouse free zone …. how come? Evie and her owls were in town! Very wisely, the mice took the night off. Oasis was delighted to welcome Evie’s Owls to our humble little nest, allowing our members to get up close and personal with Hoots the tawny owl and Barny the barn owl. 🦉
🦉The words parliament and owl usually are mutually exclusive, but not where Evie and her beautiful and wise parliament of owls are involved. Evie’s Owls offered an unforgettable experience, educational and hands-on with these stunning birds of prey.🦉

Things we learnt at Oasis …………………
🦉Christopher Robin is the only one who can write in The Hundred Acre Wood.
🦉Eeyore’s tail is detachable (and occasionally misplaced).
🦉Wise W-O-L is not quite so wise when it comes to bell pulls, and spelling,
🦉Winnie the Pooh saves the day. Yet again!
🦉Owls are surprisingly soft to the touch.
🦉Owls have extremely sharp claws.
🦉We’re going to need a bigger car park.
🦉Even a very small snack can turn into a very grand picnic when Oasis members are involved
🦉Oasis food tastes best when shared.
🦉Maps of the Wood change depending on who’s holding them.
🦉Everyone’s a winner, Owly, that’s the truth
🦉Sometimes, getting lost is the best way to find each other, especially when they close the road.
🦉Tea poured with Oasis joy is always the sweetest.
🦉Every Oasis meeting begins with love, and ends with a hug.
🦉Oasis members are good at washing up.
🦉 Oasis members are always generous! Especially in spirit!

💖As the very wise leader of Oasis often says, tu-whit tu-whoo, see you all on Saturday 15th November 2025. Now where did I put my jar of honey? 🦉🍯🐝🍯🐝🍯
