Rule Oasisland! Hey O’Promenaders, come and enjoy an evening of pomp and circumstance on September 19th at The Last Night Of The O’Proms at 7:00 pm.
Are you ready to ‘bob and down’ to a sea shanty or two? We will celebrate one of our little old countries greatest traditions, in our very unique Oasis way.
Enjoy Elgar, Vaughan Williams, Shostakovich, Britten, Mercury, May, Taylor and Deacon plus a touch of Northern delight in our usual convivial Oasis way.
Food for this months meeting will be a members food night; so please bring along something savoury and something sweet for sharing; consequently the meeting is free. Oasis will be suppling a few bits and pieces too.
It’s been a while since our Oasis evening has given us a chance to dress up, so our Dress Code is Black Tie and Evening Wear plus Transgender and Non Binary Flags will be very welcome to promenade with. As ever, if this is not your thing, please come as you are and you will always be very welcome at The Royal Oasis Hall.
Please note that starting promptly at 7:00 pm, we will spend the first hour with representatives of the NCC Community Access Standards Team, Claire and Neil. As highted in the latest edition of The Oasis Times, Norfolk County Council are currently holding a consultation on access to facilities and spaces. Oasis invites you to make your voices heard!!
