On Saturday October 17th 2026, Oasis is thrilled to welcome Spencer McCormack of Reed Wellbeing who will advise us on the free NHS Health Checks that are available to everyone aged 40+ . As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing some health conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease or Type 2 diabetes. A free NHS Health Check can help you reduce these risks and make sure that you stay healthy. Want to find out more? Well this Oasis is just for you. There will be plenty of time for questions, and to share health and wellbeing tips.
Food for the evening will be a couple of lovely warming casseroles in the form of a Hungarian Beef Goulash and Chicken Stroganoff plus a Vegie option. The food will be served with rice and peas.
