Wig Shopping at Frobishers , A Fabulous Experience by Theresa
‘If you’re looking for a new wig, I highly recommend Frobisher Wigs in Ipswich. Overwhelmed by online choices, I booked a £40 consultation with Frobishers and asked them to order in a couple of additional of styles that they don’t usually stock, just for me to try.
From the warm welcome, to the private fitting room with great lighting and mirrors, the experience felt personal and professional. I tried several wigs with the help of two lovely consultants who offered honest, helpful feedback. One style stood out, and I also picked up some headwear and glue. As I had made a purchase, the consultation fee was deducted from my final bill.
All in all, a fun, friendly, and successful visit—definitely worth it!’
In a change to the advertised programme; Oasis is delighted to confirm that Frobishers will be present at our Oasis meeting on Saturday 19th July 2025.

Hi there Oasis Norwich, Pleased to hear your doing a drop in session at Marleys Cafe near Asda south Wootton from 11 until 2 on 8th May. I feel this area needs a stronger link to groups like Oasis Norwich and Diamonds in Cambridge. In King’s Lynn we have the pride event in the Walks every August but no local group to cover King’s Lynn, West Norfolk, Wisbech, North Cambridge, Spalding and South Lincolnshire. I have met members of Oasis at Pride and visited the Diamonds by train late on Thursday evenings. I look forward to meeting Teresa on Thursday so I can continue my role of support to these great people that started in London back in 1999. Tracy (King’s Lynn).
